Memorandum of understanding is already titanium spring wire

Indian State and Indian Rare aluminum titanium project memorandum of understanding signed 

India's largest aluminum titanium spring wire‍ producer and exporter - India's National Aluminium has entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Indian Rare Earth Limited. 

Memorandum of understanding is already in the case of both the directors and senior officers at the scene signed by the Indian National Aluminium Bhubaneswar office with rare earth mines Authority of India Limited. The project is expected to cost $ '400 crore plan in Chhatrapur titanium standard parts‍ root Jammu region. 

It is reported that the Indian Rare Ltd. is a power supply unit of the Department of Atomic Energy, manufacturing value-added products from beach sand minerals, which would subsequently be used in the manufacture of titanium and the same product.
